June Jambalaya

She came to the limelight with Season 14 of RuPaul’s Drag Race US, but June Jambalaya is not your typical drag queen! She spent many years of her life working as a stylist assistant and turned to drag as a creative outlet after many years of frustration within the fashion industry. Becoming a drag queen gave her an outlet to combine her creative skills and create art on her own terms.

As a professional dancer with a degree in performance art, June finds tremendous inspiration in musical theatre, visual art, and dance. Her passion for the arts shines through in her fashion, make-up, and beauty content, and she uses her platform to inspire her followers as much as the icons Beyonce, Zendaya and Ariana Grande, inspire her.

She's the "friendly girl next door with an urban edge", avoiding traditional drag queen stereotypes. June encourages body positivity and wants to be known as a curve queen who loves high fashion and living glamorously, but who is also a down-to-earth person living her authentic life.

Her career highlights up to date include attending the Emmy Awards wearing Austin Getty and being featured on Ariana Grande’s make-up collection R.E.M Beauty.
